WARNER, Justice. John I. Haas, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called Haas), brought suit in the Circuit Court for Marion County to reverse and set aside an order of defendant Tax Commission which held Haas liable for corporation excise tax deficiencies in years 1950 and 1951. The Commission appeals the order of that court declaring the deficiency null and void.
