(1) The appellant, John J. Miller, appeals from a conviction in the Superior Court of Trafficking in Cocaine. The sole claim of error is the refusal of the Trial Judge to suppress certain evidence seized from Miller during a warrantless search of his travel bag. We conclude that the Trial Judge correctly ruled that the seizure arose from a stop based on reasonable suspicion and accordingly affirm the conviction.
